Without any objections or opposition, we completed the process within the Trade Marks Office’s average timeframe of 7.5 months.

With registration now in place, we can use the ® symbol. More importantly, we have secured the exclusive rights to use the trademark for the services listed in our application. According to the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth), s 20, a registered trademark owner has the exclusive right to use, license, and take legal action against anyone who uses their trademark without permission for the goods or services registered.
